• Only items in their original condition, unworn and undamaged are accepted for returns.
• We are also unable to offer a refund or exchange on the discounted items.
• Please note that we are unable to accommodate more than one exchange request.
• We may only exchange shoe sizes and not the design.
• If you wish to make an exchange, please inform our customer service team within two days of receiving the item.
• You may exchange items purchased, at our stores, within a period of 14 days of receiving the product.
• If in case, there is an error on our part, such as delivering damaged or faulty items, we guarantee that we will take the full responsibility in delivering a replacement, free of charge.
• And in case, you wish to change the size of the items you purchase, you will need to bear shipping charges.
• Any bespoke design requested by the clients will not be exchanged.
